NTX Strive Blue bring it at Girls Got Game #DCSportsDFW

The HS group of North Texas Strive simply brought it off the top and I kept wondering where I had seen the squad so after having a nice chat with their coach on Sunday, he helped remember it was last year in Arkansas and then it all started to come back. When you have a group of talented players who can defend baseline to baseline, anything can happen and no matter what the temp is, they can bring some heat

Jurnee President certainly has my vote as she did just about whatever she wanted. The above photo captures her pushing the ball in transition but she could take defenders at will, not to mention showing a nice midrange game. Jasmine Williams also showed some athleticism and the ability to hit the 10-15 footer and Jade Rochelle took it a step further showing deep range and also grabbing rebounds and going coast to coast for baskets, under pressure

Kennedy Jentsch has got to be related to Crosbi on the younger team and she showed me a lot. I love watching players anticipate passes, this shows they're observing and she observed a lot, well so did I as far as her game. She saw the floor, hit the mid and long range to add to her numerous steals. Amber Dixon rebounded strong on both ends, she's simply overpowered opponents and finished well while Jazzlin Jones, DeJonale Graves and Breanna Shelton added fuel to the fire
