The Jaguars top team had several impressive players, most noticeably the Herndon twins who at 6'3 created an impressive pair down low. Both Jessica and Jasmine have good frames, can bang rebound and finish. Jasmine also showed she could face the basket score and had great timing which enabled her to block shots. Bree Perry, Alexis Burns, Dazhaw Williams and Alexus Tate are all high energy players that went at it baseline to baseline, filled the lanes on the break and played good perimeter defense
Vadorius Scott also made her presence felt down low and like the twins, she showed she could control the paint on both ends. At times, Erin Hicks was automatic from the mid-range and I'm talking about with hands in her face. This team had a good mixture of everything, Aaliyah Bell definitely made some noise as she chimed in several times. She saw the floor, handled the ball well, finished off the dribble and threw a no look I didn't see coming, so I''ll close with "I hear ya"
