8 am games are killers and you have to be ready to play, both Flower Mound Thunder and DFW Hawks were. I saw both teams last season and quickly noticed many players from both teams have added even more to their games. I've written about Thunder players Bre Wickware, Jaycee Beam, Mackenzie Grill and Ashley Hayes, all have added even more to their games. Hannah Aucoin and Dre Roberson give them additional size in the paint as well as Maddison Ralston who showed she could create and face the basket and score.
Jolee Carswell did a little bit of everything for the Hawks who made their presence felt and is one of the teams I really interested in seeing down the road because like the Thunder, their bursting with a lot of players that are showing plenty of potential. Taylor Fulfer did a great job handling the pressure and seeing the floor, Kaylee McConnell got wherever she wanted on the floor and Mylenna Burk used her size well on both ends
