Lady Big Dogs continue rising to the occasion #PrimeTimeNationals

The Lady Big Dogs are a team I discovered covering Prime Time events last season and that team in itself showed me quite a bit the very first time I saw them play. I have several sayings, some unique, some prophetic but the bottom line is that they always fit and the hashtag #talentiseverywhere certainly fits this squad. Kyana Dillingham, Erin Sanchez and Maci Forsythe have all shown me they have the tools to play at the next level and when you have smart guards that know their roles and can get the job done, you're in good shape

Talea Smith and Arlone Hodges have also shown they have the ability to play past high school and although the youngsters, Sarah Clarke and Mikaela McGuire, were off helping the younger squads go undefeated in a tournament in Vegas as well as win MAYB this season, Smith and Hodges stepped up to the plate and connected with every at bat, I love interjecting sports which is why Essence Wells continues to score touchdowns. Long and athletic, sometime I feel she doesn't realize just how good she is but I'm expecting a breakout season in HS

Touchdowns are no good with the extra points, well that's not true but you want the gimme's and Destyni Clark is right around a double-double every game. She's simply someone you don't want to battle with on the inside because she doesn't understand two word, quit or give up, well that's three, the saw you get for a field goal but Clark and Kristal Okeke definitely formed a hard to handle one two punch underneath the basket as neither are six feet yet showed that another saying I hashtagged, #sizedoesntmatter, works at more than one position

The bottom line is each player simply gets "it", you never know where the points are going to come from they simply know how to get it done
