How bout them Hoops at #HSHT2

Some don't know and some don't care but Texas has players EVERYWHERE and I've personally had a chance to see many of these young ladies from Houston Hoops just simply progress over the seasons like Jeslee Lozano and Brittany Perkins who I'll come back to on the Tip Sheet after she helped ignite a comeback that fell a little short in the title game of the HS Division and with another Hoops team winning the 9th Grade Division, it was a good weekend for the club

Lozano could always shoot the ball, watched her drop at least 10 threes in middle school playing up but it was more than those two that helped the Hoops reach the championship as several other teammates stepped up. Another young lady that was knocking down the long ones was Leah Silvah and Marie Bailey did the same thing plus attacked anytime she wanted from one side while Emily Minor and Leah Boehl came at you from another.Grace Edwards controlled the paint while Abbey Houghton made huge plays throughout the event especially with her midrange jumpers when they were really needed

Add in the remarkable athleticism from Monica Emanuel and it was heat on the inside while thunderstorms were going outside at Texas Tornadoes but the Hoops showed they are getting July ready
