FM Bulldogs fight until finish

Morgan Hellyer is a name I've heard about constantly since last seasons Prime Time Nationals and I finally had a chance to see the young lady and all I can say is seeing is believing. She's long and agile and although she's listed at 5'9, I'm thinking with her wingspan she'll hit that magic 6/0 number before it's all said and done. That should come as no surprise, I'm talking about hitting as she seemed to do that on a regular basis on the court and her ability to score multiple ways is only going to get better and better which is going to be additional trouble for defenders as they try and contain her

Kendall Ellig on the other hand is a name I'm oh so familiar with as she showed me a lot during last seasons Prime Time Nationals in helping lead her team to a big finish and talk about big finishes, how about her high school team, Argyle Liberty Christian, making it all the way to state last season and the incredible part is that they'll probably do it again, maybe multiple times over the next three years. Ellig was a guest player for the Bulldogs but when you can play it doesn't take long and at 6'0, she's already showing signs that she'll be a hot commodity before she graduates and I was astounded by her court vision and passing from the post

There are a number of good players on this Bulldogs team and top to bottom, they were solid. Lexi Cushing did a great job in the paint on both days while Taylor Shaw just kept getting to the rim as if it was a GPS attached. Brittant Roden was another guest player that blended in with the team and when I see players that can anticipate the pass, I truly enjoy that and Roden did it well at times. When you throw in the fact that she's fast with the ball and can attack, this gives you an idea on the makeup of the team and why they competed so well on both days during the College Prep Challenge

Lexi Jones was another athletic player that got to the rim and Madison Wood  played taller than 5'10 as she altered shots and created so problems inside
