Kingwood is back in the driver's seat for the final playoff spot in 13-5A with their 62-37 victory over Klein Oak. This win along with Spring's loss to Dekaney last night has the two teams tied at 6-5 in district which means their match-up against each other next week at Kingwood has me thinking road trip
Gabby Stanton was on fire for the Mustangs as she dropped 21 points followed by Charlotte Hodges' 13 as Kingwood placed four players in double figures. Spring still has to face Klein Forest and Atascocita in district, both are locks for playoff spots while the Mustangs have a more favorable schedule remaining
