I can't remember exactly when I first spotted '16 Lauren O'Connell but it was probably as a freshman at Clear Falls and her ability to shoot the ball, while being guarded, from long range certainly was a plus. O'Connell manged to average 41% from bta, this was good enough for 3rd best in 5A, along with just under 13 ppg. Lauren is now creating problems at St. Agnes and the numbers already speak about how well she connects on the three but she's now shooting at 52% from the field and around 18 ppg but even better than everything else, she's scoring multiple ways, even though that catch and shoot is pretty effective and you'll see that in the video coming soon
