Area Top 5 shake-up

Throwback player Dominique Dillingham has simply made her Klein Collins team not only a pleasant surprise but a legitimate contender this season' Losing KC's all time leading scorer could have created a lot of clouds for "The Sunshine Band" however with Double D simply taking her game tot the next level, no 20 point lead is safe anytime soon. Jasmine Nash has been brilliant at times as she and a host of others are adding fuel to the fire

How about 6'4 Kelsey lang doing her thang for The Woodlands, I know but it rhymes. Losing four to the next level and some tough losses due to injuries earlier this season. Sophomore Katie Burke had to grow up fast as she was forced to take her lumps starting at the one however she succeeded and is a legitimate factor.Kristin Mahoney shows know signs of a knee surgery a little over five months ago has taken her game to another level, not to mention 6'0 scoring sensation Nicole Iademarco who is launching shots from what seems as far as the Cynthia Woods  Pavillion at times, trust me, that's far

These two are in a virtual tie for number five in the area, each week I'll add a team as the playoffs near or maybe I won't but none of this really matters and here's why.

TOP 5

Clear Springs is still the best team in the city, like what I say or not I don't seek anyone's approval and until you beat them, like only Bellaire has in the area, it's just common sense. What does that mean, absolutely nothing because they are on a collision course to play Manvel, a team they have found a way to defeat twice and the sad part about it is one of these teams won't make the Regional Final Four, something each has done the last two seasons. The winner of that game will more than like face Bellaire and remember the Cardinals have already beaten the best team in the area. Even sadder, all three of these teams are on the top of the bracket which means they might be fatigued for the final which could create some interesting possibilities
