Cy Fair AC looking #BigState2014 ready at #ACRC

Let me throw this one at you. When I knew these young ladies would be playing early in the morning, there was no curfew for me the night before because I knew I would be in rare form feeding off of their energy on the floor. Alex Coleman and Stephanie Jackson were half of the McKinney North freshmen foursome I raved and raved and well raved about and low and behold, they made it to the state championship game. Coleman is a proven #sizedontmatter guard that get's it done while Jackson simply continues to amaze me as her status keeps rising to more than just a D1 player. Aakilah Caldwell just keeps getting better, she's an offensive machine and speaking of getting better, Haylie Calhoun and Jade Compton have definitely elevated their games

Long ball threat Andrea Martimez refuses to be typecast as just that and her ability to not only score off the dribble but defend and rebound is making her game even more complete and when you figure sometimes you have to make changes, well the new additions have been paying dividends. Priscilla Smeenge has been huge and watching her go C2C after rebounding, she's over six feet, plus facing the basket to score has been huge. Speaking of huge, well tall, how about 6'2 Anna Hurlbert who was effective on both ends and shows signs of being a dominant force down the road. Pam Herrera joined the team and she's from El Paso, well so is her range as she can simply light it up but she too is more than just a three point threat, check the pic below
