There are several recruiting services out there that send tons of emails saying they can help, that is without seeing the player play, again, 3.6% in the above link. I only take clients that I have seen and I base my evaluations on not what else says or thinks. I can't tell you how many players that have been ranked in the high thousands by others that have gone on to play D1 ball so before you sign with someone, understand the game off the court and go someone that watches the players over and over on the court
