I sent Sarai Rodriguez a telepathic message asking her how it felt to not only go to state with her school team Cibolo Steele, but become the first R4 team to win their opening game and the response I got was great. All kidding aside, I never sent the message to her however I'm sure she was ecstatic, especially after hitting some big buckets in their victory
Big buckets from Rodriguez come as no surprise to me because I've watched her do it back to back seasons at the Mansfield Rotary Tournament and after reviewing my notes and score sheets, it appears she nailed at least one three during every game at the Insiiders Hoopfest for WNBA Division champ Austin Elite RFW
