2014 Sydney Thomas has simply been nothing short of spectacular in the early season for the Houston Insiders running the point after an All District season at Cinco Ranch . I wrote earlier this year that pound for pound, inch for inch, she was one of if not the toughest players I had seen and in front of college coaches on center stage at the Alodia Prime Time Rising Star Showcase, she showed that big things definitely do come in small packages
Angie Moore is another All District player from the Ranch and she led a group of her high school teammates including Taylor May and Cayla Vanderweide on Katy Rebels-Ellis to some big wins over the weekend as well. With Cinco Ranch losing three starters this season, look for Thomas and Moore to help lead the Cougars make a district title run.
