College Park's '14 Candace Goady added to UTR list

Candace Goady has been added to the 2014 Under The Radar list. Goady is back at 100% for the College Park Cavaliers and has been showing what caught my eye two seasons ago. Goady is a  solid guard that knows the game, won't hurt you on either and end can put the ball in the basket
