Interesting enough, despite being bombarded with interest from the next level, Ebony Parker and Ekiyah Gray are rarely mentioned among top Texas talent even though they should be. The Class of 2014 is gearing up to be better than 2012 and these young ladies should be right there
Parker is the point capable of scoring in bunches with a college ready body right now, excellent ball handling skills and court vision beyond her years. Gray with her 6'2 wingspan is another silky smooth athlete with a basketball pedigree running through her veins and at times appears unstoppable. Taking her middle school dominance to high school shows dedication and hard work, I see the improvement after she scored 56 in a middle school game.
Regina Scott rounds out the trio and is one of the best 5'8 rebounders I've seen come through her. Her ball handling and mid range shooting is steadily improving so that tweener label will be removed. These kids were the nucleus behind Klein Forest first appearance in the playoffs ever and are legitimate contenders for a State Championship Title before it's all said and done.
