Spring Branch Invitational-Mayde Creek vs Lamar Consolidated

 Mayde Creek defeated Lamar Consolidated 49-46 and advanced to the consolation finals against Klein Forest. The most impressive thing about the win is they did it without Jaz Parker, who rolled her ankle in the third quarter. Maya Adighibe and Sheila Onyekwere put the team on their back to offset an outstanding performance from Consolidated's Petrolina Chilaka.
