More from BOB

DFW-WASHINGTON

This squad had a great season led by Stanford bound Amber Orrange, one of the top players in the country. Next season, the nucleus will still be there with Shaw, Diaz, Nicole, the Gilbert twins and Ft Knox!

HOUSTON WILDCATS

When you want to use words like arsenal or firepower, look no further than the Wildcats. Loaded with several kids that can drain it from BTA, they are in it to win it most of the time. With their RMM lineup, Robertson, Moore and Metoyer, you better bring your A game defensively.

DFW-WASHINGTON-HEAT

Simply put, this team has an array of talented kids, many only entering high school. One, Mackenzie, has already given a commitment to Baylor and another, Turner, can go anyehere she wants. This team is loaded and also put on a show.

HOUSTON ANGELS

Usually when a team has won year after year at a young age, losing four starters tears them a part and places them far back into a rebuilding stage. The Angels not only survived but at times flourished, especially during an impressive run in New Orleans and their game against Lakeside was truly "All The Way Live", that's old school folks!

They have some of the top young talent in the city including, drumroll please, Hoopgurlz.com Top 100 watchlist, GPR-SIM "REAL DEAL" and a kid many say is a can't miss, A.J Alix!

INSIDERS 2012

Shanice Williams catches her breath before a free throw

Several of the players had their special moments during the season and show promise for the future

Our "uptempo" style suited most of them extremely well, especially Tierra Rodgers and Alicia Scott while "Jewels" Templeton and Nikolette Turner provided back up relief in the post position.

The Williams girls, Shanice and Maya are a dynamic duo for Hardin and hope to lead them further into the playoffs this season

Nagging injuries didn't seem to hold Ashley McQueen or Jasmine Rollins back and the addition of Jordan Coleman and Maya Angelo(later) during the season helped a lot.
