Bright future ahead for Arlington Swoosh youngstas

Alexa Hoy

After the summer, I was already excited about the 2017 class but after the BigTyme Fall Finish  there is no question in my mind that the talent level in Texas continues to offer a little bit of everything. 2017  DFW Swift Elite has the makings of a squad that can compete on a national level in the next two seasons and although the Arlington Swoosh may not have the same type of team, they have some players who will be making some noise as well.

Alexa Hoy and Chennedy Carter are some heady guards whose are also very athletic and along with Darria Williams and Alesa Gerald, those back-court mates complemented each other with the various combinations in the line-ups

#5 Chennedy Carter and #42 Lauren Bowie

With four players, Jary Ward, Kayla Wells, Kamaya Miller and Lauryn Bowie, listed at 5'10 or over, the Swoosh have the makings of some good inside threats. Grace Daniels at 5'9, along with Wells and Carter showed they could score multiple ways while Haleigh Talbert can light it up from bta. Rhegan Toliver showed promise and to the best thing about these young ladies is they all have time
