As I stated earlier, the Essence programs are loaded and usually on every team and their exhibition against Sophia Young proved just that.
This was my first look at Sophia Young and they had some outstanding athletes, many of which can play at the next level
Essence on the other hand has major stars and the athleticism is simply mind boggling
I'll get a better look at Essence 2013 and their young statrs Erica Young, Jayla King and Mone-t Williams in New Orleans at Basketball on the Bayou.
