Jersey Village continues to improve at #FBISDTournament

Jersey Village was once one of "the teams" back in the day when they had former Texas stars Nina Norman and Coco Reed putting on shows. That trend continued with Tracey Ray and the Isom sisters however I don't know how long it's been since they made the playoffs but like that old cowboy says in that Wolf Brand Chili commercial, well that's too long.

The scope of things have changed dramatically and it's a trend all over the city, Madison was once dominate in HISD not losing a district game in ten years managed to score only ten points in one game in this same tournament and even though JV probably won't make that fourth spot after Woods, Ranch and Langham Creek it appears Cy Fair will be the fourth team, they still have improved

Brynae Thompson has been a breath of fresh air, leading the team in scoring her first two seasons and I know first hand what she can do the offensive end after watching her drop eight three's in four or five different games and her 26 points helped them beat Westfield last night

An improved Cristina Roberts running the point while freshman Maddie Simmons has a very bright future ahead of her have JV thinking, if not this season, then next
