Veja Hamilton is a "BASKETBALL PLAYER", not just someone who plays basketball. She proved that at an early age however I'm totally amazed that this senior is still 15 years old which makes what she's done against who she's done it against even more amazing. Hamilton wasn't on any Top 100 lists, however her heroics were one of the reasons her club team was so successful. She's a big guard that can score at will and even though I didn't have Klein Collins in my poll as one of the top teams for you to vote on, if they stay healthy they could have a say in who represents R2 from our area
Collins started off last season with a bang behind the heroics of Hamilton and Dominique "Double D" Dillingham however injuries to Dominique last season added another D, disaster! Tough as nails Dillingham took a charge yesterday,was down on the floor for a moment and had to come out in one of two "this doesn't look good" moments that occurred on Saturday. Fighting through the pain, Double D showed all was well as she came back into the game and nailed a 20 footer. With the growth of Infiniti "Peanut"Harris along with a player to be named later, KC just might have the Sunshine Band before it's all said and done.
