I came to see an exciting game between Hightower and Atascocita, however this proved to be the one with the most excitement. Both teams were up by 14 at one point and it came down to missed three that would have sent it into overtime by HCTC. San Antonio brought a nice group of players to town led by Shaneisha Clayton and Kelli Porter. These kids went after it against the new look Hybrid and Coast To Coast teams, which will be combing forces for the upcoming club season. Both teams refused to give up and fought to the end. Thinking ahead for the merged teams, Sedalia Ellis, who was in Duncanville with Cy Falls and Jada Roberts could prove to be a match-up problem for most teams, not to mention Lyanne Colon, so it should prove to be interesting.
