The Woodlands head over to Elsik in a tune-up game for both teams as one of the biggest weeks in Houston basketball starts off. Elsik wants to make some noise in the FBISD Tournament while The Woodlands has to face some heavy hitters in the Texas Invitational. This will be the first major test for the Highlanders as they have to go up against Elsik's "Big Three" of Porter, Elonu and Ocanas. Kristin Mahoney and Nicole Iademarco are two of GPR's young starts to watch for the Class of 2014. I'll be at the ring ceremony in College Station but if I wasn't, this would have been the game for me to see.
