After screwing up yesterday on Arlington Bowie and Austin
Bowie, I want to give a special S/O to one of the top sophomores in the country
and if you don’t know, all I have to say is Kianna Ray. While still in middle
school, Ray showed she was legit as she was just under the magic number. Now a
shade over 6’0, the young lady has been on a tear for Austin Bowie putting numbers
as if she was starting a directory averaging 16 ppg, a whopping 25 ppg in
district play. Tonight Bowie faces Klein Forest in what should be an exciting
match-up as KF is one of three remaining District 13 teams left in the playoffs.
