LA Superballers @PrimeTimeSportz #SWRegional

Talk about a little bit of everything and you come up with the Louisiana Superballers who found themselves going up, up and away to claim the 9th Grad Division title at Prime Time's SW Regional this past  weekend. With several bright young 2020 players, I'll drop it on you like this. Moreisha Thompson is very athletic, rebounds and finishes and loves to defend but there are others. Alexius McBride, Sanaa Mitchell and Zaiya Sewire got after it and the various combinations thrown out which included Malayshia Walls and A'Shyri Wolfe all kept the heat going

Ra'Von Robinson just blew me away, that first step is pretty hard to handle and let me say this, she has ups to elevate over players, that have ups, yet she does whatever she does in the air under control, probably due to her ability to defy gravity but she is on the verge of exploding. Kayland Jones handled the ball well under pressure and when she constantly split defenders and scored I definitely took notice but so many of their players just jump out at you. G'Arie Jones and Carlyn Smith were also bright spots on the squad but the brightest of all, Bren'Nasia Alexis Adams, went completely off in the championship and you can read what she did on the Tip Sheet

HTX 2020 @PrimeTimeSportz #SWRegional

How does is it go, X marks the square? In this case, HTX is marking a lot of squares and with their abundance of talent throughout the organization, all I can say is plenty of college prospects are floating around, especially on the 2020 squad. I think the picture of Deyona Gaston sums it up, I've started she's one of the best in her class in the world, well let me extend that to the solar system which is perfect because her power solar and never runs out

Lauren Small and Samantha Simmons put up numbers galore the last time I saw them play, this go round I saw a more well rounded game from both and the shooting from Nicole Nash and Daniela Perdomo was on this weekend. Ashlon Jackson is a 2022 but you'd never know as her poise is beyond her years and that floater to go along with everything else she has will definitely take her far as she's among the best in her class

Asia Wheeler was definitely a pleasant surprise, quick and athletic, defends baseline to baseline and can score just about sums it up, well that energy level stays high as well, so calculate that and while were adding instead of subtracting  Hannah Hawkins shot herself to the Prime Time Sports SW Regional Tip Sheet

Yellow Jackets showing sting @PrimeTimeSportz #SWRegional

I say this over and over when I'm out evaluating players, "I'm not looking at wins nor losses or points scored, I'm looking for players capable of playing at the next level" and the Yellow Jackets definitely have their share. GPR Under The Radar Jazzmine Anthony, Jera King and Raven Brown can simply fill it up from downtown or Midtown aka Third Ward but there's an abundance of talented players on this team

 Doniecia Peterson really impressed me with her effort this past weekend as simply battled for everything but the same could be said for Xariah Baines and Daisha Phelps but I got a real good look at both Tiara Brandeyburg and Kristine Ezimaku and the energy they brought was contagious Jada Nelson and Megan Dubreville are a couple of talented 2017 players that have shown me over the club season that they plan on going out with a bang next season

Savannah Carter, I love those initials, and Launden Alvarado have both shown me they know how to put the ball in the basket multiple ways and they've shown me that multiple times so what this club has is a little bit of everything including Raven Brown making the Prime Time SW Regiomal Tip Sheet

I'll be hollering TEEEEEEEE CEEEEEEEEE for FOUR MORE YEARS because I'm non partisan as well as other things but always remember, I don't CARE who you play for, I don't care WHERE you play, if you can play, you can play, it's just that simple and Tierney Coleman is one of many Arlington Hurricanes that could've made the Tip Sheet but her performance on Sunday simply sold me on a number of things

Talent invading New Caney for #PrimeTime Southwest Regional Championship

Deyona Gaston is one of the top 2020 players in the COUNTRY, you just gotta do two things when I say things like that, trust me and archive what I say because she's going to make a legitimate run at MDAA honors among others. Her HTX squad is loaded with talent in fact multiple HTX teams will be on board for Prime Time's Southwest Regional Championship and trust me, it's talent across the board

Aggieland will be down with multiple teams as well, I already know several of their players as well my taking another look at SWAG ELITE but as I glance over the schedule, I'll be pretty darn busy looking for new talent and I've heard so much about AHE Elite that I just can't wait to see them. Remember it's kind of hard for me to do my job without an accurate roster because once I get into the flow of putting things out, I like to keep it rolling

2019 Charlene shows Mass array of ways to score

I've watched Charlene Mass for around three or four seasons, multiple Hoop-A-Holics camps, club ball and more recently with her San Antonio Madison high school team and guess what, she is doing what I love to see in a player and that's show progression. The first time I saw her, I knew she had the ability to play college ball and over the years, what level she could play at kept rising up so when you check out the video, you'll see this young lady not only knows how to put the ball in the basket but she does it multiple ways with either hand

I mention "fast" and "fast with the ball" a lot and the latter simply means you are almost or just as fast dribbling, under control. with the ball as if you were running baseline to baseline without it, Mass is fast and fast with the ball. She's been upgraded on the Girlz Prep Report Scouting Service as more than just a D1 player however this GPR Under The Radar player is nowhere near the finished product and I'll be catching her and her progression with her Lady Thunderbirds club team soon

AGA 2022 group @PrimeTimeSportz

Talk about battling at a young age and that's what I saw over the weekend, especially with AGA going against the Houston Lady Roadrunners. I glanced at AGA before that game and like the older squad, they are loaded with talented young athletic guards that can defend and score and this age, they're definitely on the right track. Raven and Reagan McKinney, Kayla Proctor and Eryn Scott all brought plenty heat from the backcourt however there was no let up when Jordan Johnson, De'Ariya Scales, Cayla Willaims or Malaya Peyton came in and the various combinations seemed to work

What also worked was Arraya Kirkland, Emarrah Green and Elexa Richardson who showed they could score as well. Green was definitely hard to handle in the paint while Richardson is long and versatile like her older sister Erica who is playing up with the older squad but at this age and seing what they are capable of doing right now tells me that I definitely need to keep an eye on these young ladies from the Dallas area

'21 Houston Lady Roadrunners @PrimeTimeSportz

I sort of knew what to expect when I looked at the bracket and I made it a point to wait on the Houston Lady Roadrunners 2021 squad. I had already seen a clip of Glenda Chatman, a talented up and coming guard that showed she could knock down the long ball but watching her play in game situation let me know she was more than a one dimensional player and with that being said she made her first GPR Tip Sheet

I tweeted Bre'yon White is DYNOMNITE and with that being said she's on the verge of exploding because when you combine size and athleticism along with the ability to get to the rim and finish, good thing will be happening. Mekkah Johnson definitely falls into the #sizedontmatter category, she plays with passion and she can play. Rachel Anderson and Kyrah Lermon also are long and definitely showed me they have the potential to create some problems on the inside

Long and athletic also applies to Trayauna Fisher whose four inch growth spurt had me scratching my head on who she was until she smiled. She smiled again after dropping a three on her first shot attempt, love the way she was around the ball as well. Meah Williams showed power in the paint and Sarolyn Charles is ahead of the game not just because she's fast but she's fast with the ball and the talent across the board on this young team will do nothing but improve

AGA offers a little of everything @PrimeTimeSportz

When you see multiple players flying through the air for baskets, for me, I definitely want to at least take a look but not only did AGA bring a lot of athletic players down to Prime Time, they brought plenty that could play.

 Erica Richardson was definitely one of those showing plenty of athleticism while Claire Olmstead shot the mid and long range well. Speaking of Richardson, she's a 2020 playing up with the big girls

So much talent throughout the team, numbers just aren't matching the roster info but Jennifer Reese did make the Tip Sheet

Dynasty squad continues to impress @PrimeTimeSportz

Kaidance Glenn made the Tip Sheet from Prime Time this time however several other players stood out on the talented not in high school yet squad. Tykara Robinson is oh so athletic and she just elevates over players for rebounds and she has several tools that make her very exciting to watch, especially in the open court. Then there's Katelyn Alatin who also does a good job n the paint however she's knocking that midrange jumper down consistently every time I see her, well so is Sydney Lamberth and I love seeing players do that but more importantly so do college coaches

Madison Pigman's defense definitely was a good sign as well as Riley Woods and the intensity that Paige Ivanosky Anaya Johnson and Alyssa Henton are a couple of players I've watched multiple times and I love their progression, well that can be said for the whole team and while Skyla Murray and Riley Woods have shown me they can knock down shots, these are players that I just love watching get after it especially Breelyn Sanborn who is only a 2022
