THE DRILLS
Ganon Baker commands attention and he gives great advice and usually puts a little twist to it. He told the kids he would go to bat for anybody that showed they were willing to work, however if they weren't, well.........
The guy practices what he preaches, instills supporting teammates over and over again because as he put it "This is war and you are in battles on the court"
The courts were hot all weekend as many got a chance to see stars of the future, like Brooke McCarty.
Stars of the present, like Ronisha Major, ranked #56 in the Class od 2011 and headed to the University of Texas.
Jessica Jackson, far right, is on HG's 2013 watch list.
The camp had guards galore, including Moriah Jefferson, ranked #3 in the Class of 2012 by HG
Another top guard, this one from the class of 2011, was Tori Scott, stretching, ranked #32 by HG
Elsik's Crystal Porter, far left and Jasmine Ocanas, right front are looking forward to going deeper than R-3 Elite 8 this season
Paige Tippet is ready to move forward at Clear Springs while Blayke Hemmit will don Cardinal red this season
She's here, she's there, she's everywhere! Courtney Williams was a force when I saw her in the 7th grade and continues to do her thing at North Shore. Last year they lost to eventual R-3 champ Hightower in the playoffs but this #20 ranked player from HG's Class of 2012 is ready to go to battle gain.
