Watching Charlene Mass over the past two seasons has been entertaining to say the least because she has that throwback mentality of players that I love to see. High energy is one way to describe watching her on the court as she simply can wear opponents down on both ends of the floor and to break that down for you, she wears defenders out with her ability to go by them almost at will yet her perimeter and baseline to baseline defense takes a toll on who she's guarding
With all that being said, Mass is coming to town next week with her SA Madison squad to play in the Texas Invitational and in her opening game, she was solid with 5 steals and 5 assists to go along with her 7 points on her senior heavy squad and as somewhat of a tune-up, they tackle San Antonio Wagner tomorrow
