I keep talking about the talented players throughout the Houston Premier organization and their Orange team certainly got myself and the Hoopfest off and rolling in their tournament opener against the Fort Bend Stars. Orange lost the game and by off Beyonce, to the left, to the left, took care of business and captured the Consolation prize
With several talented players, some of the standouts on the team were Ekise Colin who did a good job seeing the floor and making plays while Emily Paufer and Kendall Bullard were physical on both ends in the paint and did a good job of rebounding. Caroline Hittler, Amanda Maresca and Chloe Rice also brought some heat but the young lady that you'll hear about on the Tip Sheet is Chandler Jones
