To be honest with you, in my eyes she never was because when I caught a glimpse of Westbury Christian's Marissa Banfield at 10, I knew one thing for certain, she was going play college ball somewhere simply because of her IQ and ball-handling ability playing against players at least two years older. She is now more than a legitimate D1 prospect as the mids and majors are noticing what I said years ago and what's that old saying, oh yeah, "seeing is believing" and when you throw in one of my favorites "it's not what you do, it's who you do it against", well there you have it
