Bianca Bowring ready to blow up with NTX Shockers
I've had a chance to watch Bianca Bowring over the past two seasons and the thing about the 5'9 guard that continues to impress me is that she simply keeps adding a variety of weapons to her game. Bowring can shoot the three, well that's something that caught my eye at Prime Time Nationals when I first saw her, and I mean shoot it. Not only can she create but she's catching and shooting with two things that are vital, ease and accuracy
She joins a long line of talented players that I've watched over the years at Bishop Lynch where she helped lead them to not only to TAPPS 5A Co-District champs, but also Regional Champs and a Final Four finish but for her it doesn't stop on the court as she was named to the Academic Honor Roll along with the Opportunity and Achievement Scholarship Award over the past two seasons
Let me also add that her defense has improved as well as her rebounding but watching her playing the passing lane is probably what I'm even more impressed with. Well that along with her ability to put on the floor and finish with contact and when you have a player with her size that has a variety of offensive skills, you know you've definitely got something to work with and if your on defense, you better be ready to put in the work because she can play
