Westbury Christian was fun to watch, in fact many of these kids played club ball together. New coach Josh Bailey has some big shoes to fill but I think he'll be okay. He has two All Americans, one in her last year and one in her first, plus a supporting cast of outstanding players that will raise some eyeballs. Can they compete with public schools? I beleive they can and I know they have defending state champion Cy Fair on the schedule, along with Elite 8 finisher Westside, not to mention they are playing in two of the top tournaments, Sam Houston in Lake Charles Louisiana and the Sandra Meadows Classic in Duncanville.
I saw Episcopal on Wednesday in the Memorial Fall League and this will be another private school I plan on keeping my eye on during the season.
