Pearland's "Big Three" too much for Clear Springs

Clear Springs was the underdog based on what they lost from their state run last season so you knew it was going to be an uphill battle however you also need to know when you're against a player like Brooke McCarty, who I said could drop 40 on anyone, well I didn't tag her "The Chosen One" for nothing. She didn't score for but she was on fire with 35 as they lost to Pearland 63-61

Pearland was simply clicking, scoring the vast majority of their points in transition or from offensive rebounds as they were grabbing multiple offensive rebounds throughout the night, With all of that, Clear Spring never gave up and made another great run that would have been a storybook finish for McCarty who would have been only the second area player to play in four 5A area semi's.

I called McNeese State signee one of the most underrated players in Texas almost two seasons a go and I also said, well just read more

Hudnall led the Oilers with 24, followed by Jasmine Butler with 17 and Laneetra Guillory's 15. They play Cy Woods at 6:30 on Friday, Campbell Center is the location and this will be the third game of the quadruple header that begins at 3:30
