I caught a glimpse of Cori Schnell a little over a week ago at Prime Time Nationals and she was definitely one of the bright spots. There are shooters and there are scorers, this young lady knows how to put the ball in the basket under any circumstances she faces and her ability last weekend exceeded my expectations. The next four players have made both GPR and Full Court Tip Sheets, Schnell will definitely be joining them
Chennedy Carter is a Top 100 caliber player in the overloaded with talent Texas 2017 class and I say caliber because just because a player might not be listed doesn't mean they shouldn't be there. Carter's ability is raising eyebrows because she can play both guard spots and is going to step into high school and make the transition rather smoothly
Alexis Morris is definitely one of the top players in the 2017 class and I'm talking all positions. Her poise and knowledge of the game exceeds her years and her drive trickles down to her teammates. I'm seeing her become more vocal on the court and some of the things she did during the past season were definitely heard loud and clear across the country
Maddison Williams and Zarielle Green both continue to simply amaze me and the killing part is that they are both around "the magic number", six feet, they are both long and ultra athletic, they are both HUNGRY and don't care who you match them up against, in fact they relish the opportunity because they aren't afraid of the challenge. Oh yeah, both are from the 2018 class and believe me these are a couple of names you will be hearing about for a very long time. Green was excited about receiving several letters from various colleges from the summer, before it's done, both will have the complete alphabet of schools from A to ZAE!
