Two years ago I was blown away by this shifty young point guard that was not only lighting it up from outside but setting up her teammates for point blank shots. If that wasn't enough, she continued to blow me away when I spoke to her and based on that initial conversation, I knew she was heavy in academics as well.
Dr. Lewis will be rolling through Big State Flava Jam this weekend and it will be my joy to observe this bright star suiting up for New Life again in the most important July of her career. If you aren't there, she'll also be at the Nike Tournament of Champions and Basketball on the Bayou, operating of course!
