District 23-5A tightens up

The Hightower Hurricanes showed they are still a force to reckon with after defeating previously undefeated in district Bush on yesterday which tightens up the race for the last three spots

sim111: I have been involved in Texas Girl's Basketball since the turn of the century, first as a club coach and now as a writer that also evaluates players for my scouting service. I have contributed stories to several media outlets in the city, state and country in fact after going off on "those in power" Texas finally started getting national recognition. I also have a daughter that was fortunate enough to play at the next level where she was an All American, both in HS and college, won a National Championship at Texas A&M, made it to the WNBA and she became the first player from Houston to accomplish all of those combined.
