New Orleans has so many hidden talents that people sometimes forget they actually have some outstanding basketball players on both sides. 2013 Jayln Gordon, a 5'5 point guard from West St John High School happens to be one of those players and what the young lady showed me during the Big State Flava Jam for her New Orleans Lady Blues club team has me thinking she will be doing big things for the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Gordon is also the first commitment for the 2013 class under new coach Garry Brodhead and staff.
