Driver caught my eye at the DFW Fall Finish last October and had a chance to speak with her high school coach Ron Berry who happened to be talking to A&M coach Gary Blair. Coach Berry spoke highly of Driver and said he expected big things from the young lady and using that old phrase "big things come in small packages", Driver didn't disappoint as she was Newcomer of the Year in her district. The last time I saw Driver was with her family at the state championship and I told her "I know you" and her response was "yeah coach, I'm Tana Driver".
