Jordan Jones and Bryce Owens will lead Desoto to battle in the Sandra Meadows Classic next week while Ashley Eli does the same for Mansfield Summit in the Mansfield Rotary Tournament

Several area schools will be playing in the Sandra Meadows Classic including #15 Bellaire, College Park, Cinco Ranch, Hightower, Atascocita, Westside, Kempner and the top ranked private school in the state Westbury Christian.

The Cardinals have been plagued by injuries all season however they are ready for the battle. Bellaire, along with Hightower and Westside have won the SMC before. For more on both tournaments along with links to the schedules, click here
