North Shore is still ranked among the Top 10 teams despite losing some key players in Taylor Jefferson and Katira Young. Freshman Adriiana Jackson inherits the point guard duties and the heat that comes with it as the Mustangs open up with two teams that have a great chance to make it to Austin. Memorial lost a big chunk of their offense with Kirby McDaniel graduating and they have to be planning on being in a fight for playoff positioning in that ever so tough District 19 with Katy Taylor, Seven Lakes and Cinco Ranch. On Tuesday they open at home against a young but very talented Klein Forest who have to replace post Keylantra Taylor, then both teams compete in the Spring Branch ISD Tournament starting Thursday
