Dobie Fall League-Clear Brook vs North Shore

Last season, I said North Shore was the team to beat before the school year started and all year folks kept reminding me when they lost a game. Here's the deal, I was told by reliable sources they were getting two move-ins from the Class of 2011, hint one has committed to UTEP and the other Texas A&M, so quite naturally, throwing those two with a kid like "The Great One", Courtney Williams assured them a ticket to represent Region 3. Even though the players never came, I stayed the course with "The Shore" because I love Prince and have no problem with "Controversy". This is a new season and looking at Shore get after it, they appear to be one of the front-runners I am labeling as one of the teams to beat

TJ has been playing forever and like the Energizer Bunny, she never gives up on you and I am sure she will do everything in her power to get out of here
Chelsea Ngo can light it up from BTA and her offense may help the Brook get over the hump
Williams is ranked #9 in Hoopgurlz.com Super 60 and  GPR's #1 player for the Class of 2012 in the Houston area, no arguments there!
These kids feel like they should have represented Region 3 last year and even though they didn't get the move-ins last year, they took eventual R-3 champ Hightower down to the wire in the Elite 8 last season. Are they hungry for revenge? It appears so, but the season is young and there are many hunters out there.

Clear Brook almost made the playoffs last season and if they are to make it this year, their young back court will have to grow up fast. This is why going head to head with one of the teams to beat in the city will help them in the long run.
